What our clients have to say...

Discovering the Gyrotonic method and working with Jane, in particular, has changed my life. This form of movement has rehabilitated me from lingering issues due to injury and continues improve my alignment, strength and fitness level. The lower back problems that plagued me for decades are no longer a factor. I feel younger, more vibrant and am convinced that this activity has improved my metabolism. I highly recommend Gyrotonic exercise and Jane Gotch as a great combination to any fitness program.

As a professional ballet dancer, I need a trainer who is not only knowledgeable, but someone who can help me translate the work in Gyrotonic to the work I do in the ballet studio. Jane is able to do exactly that. In addition to her knowledge and experience within the field, Jane has been nothing but kind and compassionate. She has continued to show a sense of eagerness to help me with whatever challenge or goal I present her. Jane has also helped guide me and taken me under her wing as I prepare for the Gyrotonic Level 1 Certification process.
— Nadia Iozzo, retired dancer with Kansas City Ballet
A lifetime of sports (including professional baseball) left this 58 year old very inflexible. My goal was to regain some of that flexibility, especially in the lower back, so that I could resume a more active tennis and golf schedule. Prior to working with Jane, most days of activity were followed by days of discomfort. I’ve trained with Jane once a week for 9 months now and have played tennis and golf on back-to-back days. Technically, both swings are more effective due to improved flexibility. Jane’s understanding of movement and spine health along with her teaching skills has had a profound effect for me.

I walked into Plaza Wellspring Studio 10 years ago and was completely captivated by watching a new instructor, Jane Gotch, working on a piece of equipment called the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower. I immediately started with her, and I am still enjoying her innovative and evolving instruction. As I grow older, she keeps me supple and energized.
